Event Music FAQs

What music can you play for a corporate holiday party?

Our holiday performances include Christmas classics, contemporary seasonal favorites and selections from The Nutcracker and Home Alone. We can discuss a mix of holiday, pop, film and classical music to suit your reception or dinner. Share any cultural or seasonal repertoire requests so we can confirm suitable arrangements.

Which ensemble should we choose?

A string quartet offers the blend of two violins, viola and cello. A harp trio pairs harp with violin and cello for a warm, shimmering sound. Duos offer a smaller ensemble for intimate celebrations. Tell us about your venue, guest count and atmosphere, and we’ll help you compare available options.

Where do you provide live event music?

We serve Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange County, Santa Barbara, San Diego and Temecula, as well as the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa Valley and Dallas–Fort Worth. Availability and travel arrangements are confirmed for your date and venue.

How long can the musicians perform?

Our background music services offer 1–4 hour bookings. We also offer a one-hour programmed concert for a featured performance. Include your event schedule in your inquiry so we can confirm timing and the right format.

Can we request particular songs?

Share your favorite songs and the mood you want to create. We’ll confirm repertoire and arrangement options for your chosen ensemble before you finalize your music plans. You can also watch our performances.

How do we get a quote for holiday event musicians?

Send an event inquiry with your date, venue, performance times and preferred ensemble, if you have one. Pricing depends on the ensemble, duration, location and event requirements. We’ll confirm availability and prepare a quote for your celebration.
